Our Supply and Delivery Offer

For the convenience of our customers, Fast Gas Online offers an extensive delivery service. Our Central Scheduling Centre has a dedicated team that is responsible for and committed to coordinating and planning of distribution and deliveries.

The 'CORE' range of Fast Gas Online products is available and stocked at all Fast Gas Online sales locations. Stock levels are carefully determined in accordance with the Fast Gas Online inventory model in order to offer our customers excellent availability of our products. The 'STO' range consists of products stored in our central warehouse, and deliveries to sales locations and customers are done in accordance with requirements.

Our world-class Customer Service Centre (CSC) or your local sales representative is able to offer real time updates regarding lead times for our customer deliveries, and of next scheduled deliveries to their sites. At Fast Gas Online, we pride ourselves in our national distribution capability; lead times are naturally dependent on the proximity of customer delivery points to Fast Gas Online distribution hubs, as well as orders being received by Fast Gas Online by 15h00. Orders for products forming part of our 'CORE' range (items stocked in all sales locations) have the shortest lead times. Products forming part of our 'STO' range (items stocked centrally) have slightly longer lead times due to transport requirements.

If the customer takes delivery of any Gas Goods and/or Fast Gas Online equipment less than a minimum order value of ZAR2000 (Two Thousand Rand), Fast Gas Online shall be entitled to charge a delivery fee of ZAR 50 (Fifty Rand). In addition, Fast Gas Online offers an emergency delivery service at an additional cost, which can be arranged based on transport availability.

Fast Gas Online will deliver to customer-specific site delivery points or storage locations. As safety is our first priority, this is subject to safe and suitable conditions being available for deliveries. Residential delivery is available daily.

Our drivers offer you the convenience of handling goods within close proximity to the delivery vehicle, with assistance from the customer's staff. Connection to equipment or manifolds remains the sole responsibility of the customer. For large deliveries, customers are required to provide appropriate mechanical handling equipment.

Proof of Delivery or Collection documentation is provided to our customers at the time of delivery and/or collection ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Fast Gas Online offers the convenience of a cylinder policy that operates on a 'full-for-empty' basis. Extra allocations are available, subject to prior arrangement and availability.
